Autostrada Asti-Cuneo S.p.A. has promoted and implemented internally and in the performance of its activities, rules and ethical principles of conduct that have marked its relations with personnel and third parties and that, more generally, characterise the performance of the company’s activities, in compliance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 231/2001 ‘Regulations regarding the administrative responsibility of legal entities, companies and associations, including those without legal status, pursuant to Article 11 of Law no. 300 of 29 September 2000’.
