Payment Methods
As of September 1, 2024, it is possible to finalize payment in different ways.
Those who have an electronic toll device in their vehicle will be automatically identified by the tracking portals, and the toll will be charged as agreed with the service provider.
As for drivers without an electronic toll collection device, they will be able to pay online within 15 days after passing through a dedicated platform, by registering with the Conto Targa system or as an occasional user. Transit records will be available in the portal within 24 hours of the motorway crossing.
In addition, it will be possible to pay the toll at the kiosks located on the territory covered by the Free Flow system.

As part of the free flow system with electronic toll collection, in order to facilitate user payment and to avoid possible inefficiencies, it is specified that the transits detected by Asti-Cuneo by reading only the licence plate associated with the electronic toll collection agreement, in the event of failure to detect the device (e.g.: due to inadequate speed, incorrect/missing positioning of the device, etc.) will also be transmitted to the competent service provider for charging its customers, except in the event of any requests/arrangements to exclude the charging of such transits communicated by users through the service providers with which they have signed the electronic toll contract and which have enabled this function.

From 2 to 30 September 2024, the Govone info point will be open extraordinarily 7/7, from 8.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. and from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m.
From October 1, 2024 – Monday to Friday (except public holidays) 08:30 AM -12:30 PM / 1:00 – 6:30 PM
