The subject of the agreement between ANAS S.p.A and Società di Progetto Asti-Cuneo S.p.A. (hereinafter, ‘Autostrada Asti-Cuneo S.p.A.’) is the entrustment of the completion of the design, construction and management of the toll motorway link between the cities of Asti and Cuneo.

The Autostrada Asti-Cuneo company manages the Asti-Cuneo motorway section under concession. The motorway is divided into two sections, interconnected by a 19 km stretch of the Autostrada dei Fiori Tronco A6 motorway, from Marene to Massimini.
