Quality and the Environment
Among the primary goals of Autostrada Asti-Cuneo S.p.A. is to improve the satisfaction of all parties involved and interested with the performance related to occupational health and safety and environmental issues, to be achieved through:
- the implementation of the Integrated Quality, Environment and Safety Management System, kept active and effectively applied to all the main company operations;
- awareness and involvement of all staff in the commitment to meeting requirements, while also paying close attention to technological developments and market developments.
In implementing this integrated policy regarding Quality, the Environment, Occupational Health and Safety, and Road Traffic Safety – RTS, Autostrada Asti-Cuneo S.p.A. has implemented and maintains an Integrated Management System in compliance with UNI EN ISO 9001, UNI EN ISO 14001, UNI ISO 45001 and UNI ISO 39001 standards.
UNI EN ISO 9001
Quality System, the instrument for conducting company business aimed at ensuring user continuity of service, practicability and safety of the road network, maintaining the efficiency of the infrastructure, the functionality of the stations, traffic assistance and ancillary services.
UNI EN ISO 14001
Environmental Management System, the tool dedicated to conducting company business aimed at ensuring compliance with applicable legal requirements and minimising the impacts generated directly or indirectly by the organisation.
UNI ISO 39001
It specifies the requirements for a road traffic safety management system (RTS) to enable the organisation interacting with the road traffic system to reduce serious injuries and fatalities due to road traffic accidents, in compliance with and in addition to mandatory regulations.
UNI ISO 45001
Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) System, the instrument for conducting company business aimed at ensuring safe and healthy workplaces, preventing work-related injuries and illnesses, and continuously improving OHS performance.
