Service Charter
Dear User, we are pleased to present you the Service Charter of Autostrada Asti-Cuneo S.p.A.
In addition to the fulfilment of Article 31 of the Concession Agreement, the Service Charter was drawn up in the belief that it could be an opportunity for internal corporate growth and valuable communication to the outside world. A Service Charter is an instrument for managing, providing information about, and communicating the company’s objectives, and to dialogue with Customers.
We trust that this important document can be a tool for dialogue with all infrastructure users, and may contribute to bringing the Company closer and closer to its Customers, who will henceforth be better informed and more aware of the company’s objectives, with manpower and means, by also providing them with the best of services and, given the important role played by the Customers in guaranteeing an adequate level of service, trusting in their collaboration.
